About me
I’ve always been curious about how technology works and how it helps people solve real problems. I started my education in the Commerce stream at National Bangla High School, but later I realized that my real interest was in computers and IT.
Because of that interest, I completed a technical training course in Computer Science and Information Technology from Bangladesh Youth Technical Training, where I learned the basics of programming, networking, and computer hardware. After that, I did a BSc in Computer Science from Goldsmiths, University of London (via Coursera), which helped me understand systems better and improve my problem-solving skills.
Over time, I’ve worked with different companies and gained experience in IT support, networking, and system maintenance. Right now, I’m working on the Saudi Aramco project in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, as a Network & Telecom Technician, where I handle network and communication systems on site.
Along with that, I’m also working as an IT Support Specialist at Fahad Supplies (Khalifa Dakhil Al Dhubaib Est.), where I take care of servers, networks, and general IT support.
I really enjoy learning new things, solving problems, and using technology to make work easier. For me, this is not just a job - it’s something I genuinely enjoy doing every day.
What i'm doing

Windows Server
I handle everyday tasks on Windows Server like managing user accounts, file sharing, and system updates. I also help with setting up group policies and keeping the server environment stable.

Networking
I set up and troubleshoot routers, switches, and local networks. When someone can’t connect or the internet’s acting up, I’m usually the one to fix it and get things running smoothly again.

Firewall
I help maintain firewall settings to keep the network safe from unwanted access. I regularly monitor and adjust security rules when needed.

Active Directory
I work with Active Directory to create and manage user accounts and permissions. If someone can’t log in or access a shared folder, I take care of it quickly.

Office 365
I manage Office 365 accounts, set up emails, and support apps like Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. I also help users sync their work across devices.

SQL Database
I perform basic SQL tasks like running queries, managing data backups, and fixing connection issues. I usually assist senior admins when needed.

Hardware Repair
I troubleshoot and repair desktop and laptop hardware problems — replacing parts, cleaning systems, and making sure everything runs efficiently.

Email
I set up and fix email accounts for users, mainly in Outlook and Exchange. Whether it’s login issues or mail not syncing, I make sure communication stays uninterrupted.

I build and customize WordPress websites handling themes, plugins, and basic maintenance to keep sites fast and user-friendly.

I create clean, responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I focus on simple, functional designs that work well on any device.
